I have to admin that she's got the most character development......Let me break it down:

What else can i say....She just is.........she has that...That...voice....

Generosity is the best element,Yes it is...
It is.....Think of it:fundraisers,donations,food drives,rarity would be eager to participate in all of those,she is a gift herself.
